Amanda and I spend last weekend at Kalahari resorts’ Wisconsin location. In their indoors park they have a lazy river, the dept of which varies from 1 foot and 9 inches to little over 3 feet, and at places the current is actually fast. As Amanda and I were floating down the river we came by an on/off location and there were two little boys that had just entered the “lazy” river. I recently decided to track how many mile I drive to work. It so happens that I drive 70 miles to work and back every day. I spend between 2.5 and 3 hours driving, and almost everyday half of it is sitting in traffic. I spend $70 every 5 days to fill up my sedan.

We are finally back home, after a two week honeymooning in Californian. There, Amanda and I, spend two weeks driving south from San Francisco to San Diego, stopping in various towns and spending few days here and there.

It is good to be back.

Traveling June 24th, 2007

On Friday Amanda and I got married and yesterday we left on our honeymoon. Our first stop was San Francisco. My first impressions of the city were not great, after we first arrived. But that was due to soon chance. After a decent rest, this morning we headed out to explore certain sections of the city.

Today we went to Ghirardelli Square and Fishermen’s Wharf. Tomorrow we will try to swing by the Golden Gate Bridge. I will put out a more descriptive post once I have had a chance to upload the pictures from today and tomorrow.

Whoever said that the most expensive state is New York needs a swift kick in the head!

I just returned from a DMV office, which here by the way is called Vehicle Facility. I had to shed $143.00 to register my car and receive new plates and one year registration sticker for them. I also had to pay $37.50 for a city sticker, which is only valid till the end of June, 2005.
