Yesterday I opened a brand new blog with MSN Spaces. A new personal space service provided for free by Microsoft. It might be free for the moment, it is still in Beta, so we will have to see how long it lasts. I know the media made a big fuss about it, so I decided to jump in and test it. See what new can be provided to the public without it being lame or a destined to failure.

I called the blog: The Titan’s Domain
This is the web address of the blog: http://spaces.msn.com/members/thetitan2829/
Here is my first entry for the MSN Spaces blog:

Hello MSN Space!

Cheap Game Servers

I opened this blog so I can compare the features I receive from MSN Space to Blogger’s features and of course to the one I host myself. I already have a Blogger blog where I have reviewed the service and compared the pros and cons to hosting my own. You can review my entries here. The same entries are also in the blog I host myself.

In the upcoming days, as I familiarize myself with all of the features MSN Space has to offers and review other members’ web logs, I will write handful of reviews. I will most likely comment on each feature in a separate entry. Eventually I will provide a final verdict about the service and if I am going to stick with the MSN Space blog or continue my work with the already existing blog I host myself.

I have read rumors that Yahoo! Is planning to jump on the personal blog wagon, I just haven’t seen anything, yet! Not even a Beta. I am pretty sure after the public release, two days ago of MSN Spaces, Yahoo! Will not be too far behind in making similar services available to the public. Freely for now.

Folks preserve Net Neutrality. Thank you.
